For this special pint we’ve teamed up with the makers of what have quickly become some of our favorite cookies in RVA.
Once we tried Hem and Her’s Brown Butter Black Sesame Brittle Chocolate Chip Cookie we knew we wanted to use a little restraint and let their product shine, we kept it simple with a Malted Madagascar Vanilla base and just a touch of White Shoyu and Brown Butter.
This ice cream is so deeply toasty and full of umami, in our opinion its a perfect seasonal ice cream divergent of the obvious fall flavors if your all pumpkin spiced out!
