Have you ever had pizza ice cream?

Yeah, neither had we. So naturally, we made some.

We teamed up with the main guy behind Danger Pie, a soon-to-open pizza shop, who baked us extra-crispy, deeply charred pizza dough. We turned it into the foundation for this beautiful little oddball.

Layered with Sungold tomato jam made from Village Garden tomatoes and local peaches, then finished with a savory crumble of Pecorino, ’nduja, Calabrian chili, and basil, drizzled with that good good olive oil.

Its Sweet, savory, spicy, funky, and definitely a little unhinged.

We had a lot of fun making this one and even more fun realizing how oddly satisfying pizza ice cream can be.
